1. What we collect

We collect your email, account preferences, betting tracker activity (paper bets), and standard analytics data (page views, device type). Payment data is processed by Stripe — we never see your card.

2. How we use it

To deliver your picks, manage your subscription, send alerts you opt into, improve our model, and comply with the law. We do not sell your data.

3. Who we share with

Service providers only (Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Telegram for alerts you opt into, our cloud database). All under data-processing agreements.

4. Your rights

You can request access, export, or deletion of your data at any time via Account → Contact & Support. EU/UK/CA residents have additional rights under GDPR/CCPA — same channel.

5. Contact

Questions? Reach us through Account → Contact & Support inside the app.

Cookie Policy

What are cookies?

Small text files stored on your device that let the site remember you between visits.

Essential cookies

Required to keep you signed in, remember your language, and process payments. The site does not work without these.

Analytics cookies

Help us understand which picks and pages users engage with so we can improve the product. You can reject these via the cookie banner.

Your choice

Click Accept to allow analytics cookies, or Reject non-essential to use only what's required. You can clear your browser storage anytime to be re-prompted.

21+ Age Requirement

You must be 21 or older to use this site. Picks are projections, not guarantees. Gambling involves risk — never wager more than you can afford to lose. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER.
