Blazed Bets is operated by Spaid Group LLC, a limited liability company organised in Massachusetts, United States. Contact: support@blazedbets.com. These terms are between you and Spaid Group LLC.

We sell sports analysis: model output, projections, write-ups and a paper-bet tracker. We are an information and entertainment service.

We are not a sportsbook. We do not accept wagers, hold funds for betting, pay winnings, or broker bets with any operator. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of profit. Past results do not predict future results, and any published record is historical performance only.

We are not affiliated with any similarly named gambling operator, including blazebet.eu, blazebet777.com or blaze.bet.br.

You must be at least 21 years old and legally allowed to view sports betting analysis where you live. Sports betting laws differ by state and country; following the law where you are is your responsibility, not ours.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done under your account. Accounts are for one person. Sharing, reselling, scraping, or redistributing our picks, pages or data is grounds for immediate termination without a refund.

Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. Season passes are a single charge that gives access through the end of the stated season and then simply ends — they never auto-renew.

You can cancel at any time from Account → Contact & Support. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. Members who signed up at an older price keep that price for as long as their subscription stays active.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. All charges are final and non-refundable. Billing issues and disputes are resolved with account credit — one free month of Pro or one free season pass of your choice — as set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

The 3-day Instagram unlock is free, requires no card, and ends on its own — there is nothing to cancel. Promotional codes are limited to one per account, may be capped in total uses, and may be withdrawn at any time. Abuse of codes, duplicate accounts, or automated sign-ups voids access without a refund.

The service is provided "as is". Odds, lines, injuries and scores come from third-party feeds that can be late or wrong. We do not warrant accuracy, availability or any result.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Spaid Group LLC is not liable for gambling losses or any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Only stake what you can afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, call 1-800-GAMBLER or visit ncpgambling.org. We will close your account and stop all marketing on request.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, United States, and disputes are handled in the courts located there.
